About Our HOA
The Pinery 8b HOA is a non-profit, covenant-controlled community. Originally founded in 1985, for the purpose of maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the properties.
Annual HOA dues are collected January 1st of each year. Payment should be sent to Pinery 8b HOA at Colorado Dream Properties, 12900 E. Stroh Ranch Pl. Suite 125, Parker, CO 80134.
The Pinery 8b HOA is managed by Colorado Dream Properties and overseen by five Board Members. Board members are Pinery 8b HOA homeowners and are uncompensated volunteers elected by the HOA membership to serve three-year terms.
Board of Directors & ACC
Annual Meetings are normally held in September of each year. Board and ACC meetings are held on a regular basis, usually at our HOA business office located at 12900 E. Stroh Ranch Pl. Suite 125, Parker, CO. All Pinery 8b HOA homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend any of these meetings and to become involved. Specific times and dates of these meetings can be found by calling our HOA manager at (303) 841-0800. Since seating space can sometimes be an issue, please contact our HOA manager in advance to ensure adequate accommodations.
Help make our community an even better place to live by volunteering. Communication, Understanding and Cooperation. These are all crucial elements to a successful HOA. Please let us know your suggestions and hopefully your willingness to participate on the Board, ACC or other committees. Contact a board member to volunteer or share your ideas.
